1、Local Settings这个文件夹是一般存在与用户名下，存放的是和上网有关的历史记录和缓存之类的文件。Local Settings是internet 临时文件夹，也就是你上网的临时文件，可以加快打开网页的速度，可以清空，但是不要删除这个文件夹。
